Looks: The epitome of a high school jock and older brother. Emmett is tall and burly with the build of a large bear. He is muscular and resembles a weight lifter. At first glance he is intimidating. But, a flash of that dimple lined smile and curly brown hair, he can quickly resemble a young boy.

Personality and Stats
Basic Personality: Emmett is a clown. He uses his humor to defuse tense situations. He is extremely caring, but it isn't often noticed or acknowledged because of the way he shows it. Emmett loves any good competition, often in the form of gambling and placing bets on different situations in his life. He tries to avoid conflict if possible, but will fight to the death to protect those that he loves.

History: Emmett was changed in 1935 after he was found by Rosalie in the mountains of Tennessee following a serious bear attack. Prior to his change Emmett was a woodsman and expert hunter. He made sure he provided for his family and made them proud with his hard work. When he wasn't providing for his family he was out getting into trouble. Emmett had a carefree adolescence and got into all kinds of trouble. He was known as a bit of a womanizer.
When Rosalie found Emmett, he was near death and she brought him to Carlisle. After Emmett's change he handled the new of what he now was surprisingly well. In true Emmett fashion, he took it in stride and saw the best in the situation. He did struggle with the rules initially and did taste human blood. But, quickly learned and adapted.
Emmett's vampiric self still worried about his human family and how they would handle losing him. He worried about how they would be able to survive without their hardworking son. To help them, he borrowed a money from Edward and left it on their doorstep. Knowing that it would be enough to get them by. This sufficed his worry and he never returned to check on them.
Rosalie quickly became Emmett's angel and saving grace. They married soon after his change. And many times after that. Emmett only ever wants to see Rosalie happy, and since Rosalie feeds off attention and show he gifts her a marriage every few years or so. He will do anything to see her happy.
